TRADITIONAL AUSTRIAN SLEDDING

tl_files/Rodeln-Tirol/Rodeln-3.jpg

Long ago the sled used to be a very important mean of transportation for Tyrolean agriculture and forestry services. Today sledding has transformed to one of the most social events of the wintertime.

One of the best things about the activity is that everybody - if winter sports enthusiast or not - can take part.

In the mountains around the Olympic city Innsbruck there are a great variety of groomed sled tracks available that also offer night illumination.

Whether you prefer to take a cable car or shuttle bus up to the start or a 30 minute to a 1,5 hour romantic winter hike, we will arrange the number of sleds needed and provide you with an experienced guide.
